80 years after the feat of Folco and Gioacchino Calabrò known as Rubacuori, to celebrate and remember the race of 20 August 1945 won by the Contrada del Drago, on Friday 26 September at 6.30 pm the Galleria dei Costumi will host the show

Mrs Graziella Calabrò, wife of the jockey Rubacuori, will be present.

After the show, at the usual Friday supper in Camporegio, you will be able to taste a dish that Giovanni Righi Parenti created specifically in memory of the daring jockey, publishing the recipe for Coniglietto alla Rubacuori (Rubacuori-style rabbit) in his book Mangiare in Contrada (Edizioni Periccioli, 1985).
